I think everyone who watched Meet the Pyro can agree on many things, the most important and obvious of which is that the Pyro is insane. Someone who hasn't watched Meet the Pyro could simply say "We already knew the Pyro was insane!" People like that cannot understand....
It may be the Pyro's mind, or maybe the mask creating the delusion, or perhaps everyone else is delusional, and only the Pyro is seeing the real world. This delusion has been named by Valve: Pyroland. Before Meet the Pyro, perhaps a burning city, or the crater on an erupting volcano was Pyroland. But no, Pyroland is the land of little flying babies, green meadows, cupcakes, lollipops, and rainblowers.
In the end, Meet the Pyro didn't tell us who the Pyro really is, or whether the Pyro is male or female. But now I think... we don't really need to know. This revelation is shocking enough in itself.
